School Workshops

As a recommended Drama form for Year 7 in the Western Australian Curriculum, Circus can be an overwhelming albeit exciting choice. One of Yip Yip Circus’s founders, Jess, is an experienced Drama and Dance teacher (BA Education, BA Creative Arts; ECU) and will help tailor a program that will help teachers continue the workshop content once the ‘circus leaves town’.

Whether you would like an immersive, multi-visit experience (as provided to Peter Moyes Anglican College and Mercy College in 2017/18) or a one-off visit for your Drama Class, Drama Club or Camp, we would love to create a memorable experience for your students and challenge them.

Yip Yip Circus has provided circus workshops to a number of schools WA, including Mazenod College, Bunbury Senior High School, Christ Church Grammar School, Williton Senior High School, Mercy College, Guildford Grammar School.

This amazing company has carried out circus skill workshops for our Year 9 students. Ella was amazing with her enthusiastic approach and outstanding knowledge of manipulations and acro! The students had a blast and learnt so much!! We are looking forward to our excursion to the Big Top in a couple of weeks to learn more from the pros! Highly recommend and will definitely be having them back again in 2019!! Thanks guys!!

What an amazing bunch of uber talented artists! They not only got some scared students into doing some amazing acrobatic work but got the proficient ones to extend their skills. Fantastic artists, fantastic teachers! ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
